These tablets saved my holiday. Being lactose intolerant at an all inclusive is the worst, so having these tablets let me enjoy my holiday without any trouble. I recommend 2 tablets if you're being particularly indulgent as I only had 1 to combat my many delisious desserts one evening and it was not enough. A second tablet was definitely needed that day. But other that that, these tablets are a god send. I ordered a second packet before I even got home from holiday and now carry them in my bag every day, in case I come across sweet treats out in the wild
