Lactase tablets are dietary supplements containing lactase, the digestive enzyme that breaks down lactose, the natural sugar in milk. They're designed for people with lactose intolerance who want to enjoy dairy foods like cheese, ice cream and milky coffee with more comfort. Will lactase tablets help with bloating after dairy?
If your bloating is caused by lactose intolerance, lactase tablets can help. If you get bloating that isn't linked to dairy, it may have another cause, such as IBS, and it's worth speaking to your GP.
How many tablets are in a pack, and how long will it last?
There are 40 units in a Lea Gogo box and 100 in a Lea Gogo refill. Depending on how many you consume, our customers use between 1 and 3 tablets a day.
What if Lea Gogo doesn't work for me?
