Tbh the pills are quite a bit bigger than the stronger alternative! Bit annoying cos I can only take so many in my pill holder on my keys for trips away. Otherwise they do still work but I noticed to 2 I usually take of the 14.500 ones seem to be more thorough in stopping any symptoms

I use these before eating anything with lactose in it. They're so much better than all the other lactose pills I've tried and the wee tin container is small enough to have on me when I'm out and about. I've already recommended the tablets to other people with lactose intolerance as they're so good.
